FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum volume for the program?
Commitments are sized case by case, and single-rig shops are explicitly welcome; several of our best accounts started as one truck and a phone. What we look for is consistency, not size: a shop that sprays regularly benefits from scheduling, and scheduling is the heart of the program.
What does the training actually cover?
Applicator sessions are hands-on: substrate prep, ratio and temperature discipline, lift thickness, pattern technique and daily machine maintenance. Owner sessions cover estimating, yield tracking and job costing. New program accounts typically send crews within the first quarter.
How fast is rig support really?
The target is same-hour response during working hours, and the person answering runs equipment. Most pressure, temperature and ratio faults resolve on that first call; the rest get a parts-and-procedure plan, not a shrug.
Can I join mid-season from another supplier?
Yes, and the transition is engineered: TDS cross-reference, processing adjustment notes and a first delivery scheduled against your existing backlog so you never gap. Bring your yield history if you track it and we will benchmark honestly against it.
How is this different from watchguardfoam.com?
Same family, different job. WatchGuard Foam is the product line: chemistry, specs, sets. This site is the contractor program around that chemistry: supply scheduling, rig support and training. Program members effectively get both.
Do you offer dealer or distribution terms?
For equipment houses and regional distributors serving foam contractors, yes; tote pricing, territory consideration and counter-staff training are on the table. Mention distribution in the contact form.
